Every Month Without an Implant,
Your Jawbone Is Shrinking.
When a tooth root is missing, the jawbone beneath it begins to deteriorate. The body reabsorbs bone it no longer needs to support. This process starts within the first few months after tooth loss and continues as long as the root is absent.
A dental implant is the only tooth replacement that stops bone loss. The titanium post replaces the missing root and signals the jawbone to maintain its density. Bridges, flippers, and partial dentures do not stop bone loss — they only replace the visible tooth.
Glenwood Premier Dental Group has served Hazlet and Monmouth County for 25 years. Our implant surgeons perform every procedure in-house. There are no referrals to outside surgical centers and no handoffs between providers.
Most providers in New Jersey charge $3,000 to $6,000 for a complete single tooth implant. Glenwood Premier Dental Group charges $2,495 — placement, abutment, and crown included. That is the full price. No Hidden fees.
Most PPO insurance plans cover a portion of the implant cost. Financing through CareCredit, Proceed Finance, Cherry, and iCare is available for the remaining balance — starting at approximately $104 per month.
Patients who have recently had a tooth extraction or are currently using a flipper tooth are often strong implant candidates. Patients missing multiple teeth may also qualify for full mouth dental implants or other affordable implant options.

What a Single Tooth Implant Includes — And Why Each Part Matters
A single tooth implant has three components. Each one serves a specific function. All three are required to complete the restoration.
- The implant post is a titanium screw placed surgically into the jawbone. It replaces the missing tooth root.
- The post integrates with the bone over three to six months — a process called osseointegration.
- The abutment connects the implant post to the crown. It is placed once the post has fully integrated with the jawbone.
The crown is the visible tooth. It is custom-crafted from porcelain and matched to the shape and color of your surrounding teeth. Once the crown is placed, the implant functions like a natural tooth. - Find Out If You're a Candidate.
Why a Single Tooth Implant
Outlasts Every Alternative
Single Tooth Replacement Options — Which Is Right for You?

Single Dental Implant
A single tooth implant replaces the entire tooth — root and crown. The titanium post is placed into the jawbone and topped with a custom porcelain crown. It is the only option that stops bone loss, requires no modification to surrounding teeth, and lasts 15 to 25+ years. Complete at Glenwood Premier Dental Group for $2,495.

Dental Bridge
A dental bridge fills the gap left by a missing tooth by anchoring a false tooth to the two teeth on either side. It requires grinding down healthy adjacent teeth to place crowns. A bridge does not replace the tooth root, so bone loss continues beneath it. Bridges typically last 10 to 15 years before replacement is needed.

Flipper Tooth
A dental flipper is a removable acrylic appliance that fills the visible gap left by a missing tooth. It is the fastest and least expensive short-term option — typically $300 to $600. A flipper does not replace the root and does not stop bone loss. Most patients use a flipper as a temporary solution while planning a permanent implant.

Missing Multiple Teeth?
Patients missing several teeth or requiring full arch restoration have additional options — including implant-supported dentures and full mouth dental implants. Glenwood Premier Dental Group treats the full range of tooth loss cases. Book a free consultation and our team will recommend the right solution for your specific situation.

Our Dental Implant Process Delivers Proven Results
Initial Consultation
The consultation is free and takes approximately 30 minutes. Dr. Wassef and our implant team review your oral health, take a CBCT scan to assess jawbone density, and confirm whether you are a candidate. You will receive a complete treatment plan and final price before any procedure begins.
Dental Implant Procedure
The implant post is placed surgically into the jawbone under local anesthesia. The procedure is performed in-house by our implant surgeons. No referral to an outside surgical center is required.
Sedation options are available for patients who experience dental anxiety or prefer a more comfortable experience. Our team will discuss local anesthesia, oral sedation, and IV sedation options at your consultation.
Healing and Final Restoration
A temporary tooth is provided while your implant heals. Healing typically takes three to six months. Where needed, optional bone grafting and PRF therapy are available to strengthen the implant site and improve outcomes. Our surgeons use advanced techniques and technology to maximize how well the implant bonds with your bone — so it lasts. Once healed, your custom porcelain crown is placed and treatment is complete.
